Aspire P3 Convertible Ultrabook™ - Acer & Intel “PLAYsure Redefined” Party

Thank you Acer for Introducing the new convertible Acer Aspire P3 Ultrabook™, inspired by Intel and a new type of personal computing. Super thin and light, the Aspire P3 is an Ultrabook™ for when you're focused on productive tasks, and a tablet when you need greater flexibility to move around.  Nowadays, many users are facing with choices between notebook, hybrid, convertible or tablet designs when selecting a mobile computing device. Right now with the existence of Aspire P3, it will be the ideal mobile computing device for users who create and consume content.

On May 3, 2013 Acer met with the press in New York City to unveil the hottest new products of the season. Acer executives J.T. Wang, Jim Wong and Michael Birkin showed off the new Iconia A1 tablet, Aspire P3 Ultrabook™ and Aspire R7, the notebook designed for touch

Is the Acer Aspire P3 a tablet? A laptop? It's both. The Acer Aspire P3 Ultrabook™, inspired by Intel®, encompasses everything you need from several devices in one piece of technology and Acer calls the P3 the perfect device for consumption and creation, an increasingly common trope among Windows PC manufacturers.

1. Ultraportable
The screen can be angled forward to use as a usual laptop or completely folded down in slate mode. As you can see in the image, there's even a place to clip on a stylus. There's also a laptop with a new hinge, and a tablet designed to be used in one hand.
Flip and Switch; Open it up the protective cover into Ultrabook 178-degree-viewing mode, then flip and switch into tablet mode in one swift movement. If you want to move even faster than that, then you can detach the touchscreen and make a quick getaway.

2. Detachable
The Aspire P3 is highly portable with its detachable keyboard, which can easily fold into the case on the move and be pulled back out whenever needed. Closing the case puts the P3 into sleep mode but it will wake up in seconds when opened again.
The new convertible Acer Aspire P3 Ultrabook™ has has up to an Intel® Core™ i5 processor , giving you the power to handle several complex tasks at the same time. This is  made even more possible by Windows 8 Snap splitscreen, which lets you switch between applications without having to look for them.

3. Touch Centric
The Acer Aspire P3 provides true Ultrabook performance, so customers can use it as their main PC for handling everything from everyday computing tasks to more demanding ones such as creating presentations and sharing multimedia content," the company said. "The new mobile powerhouse can also run multiple apps, such as video conferencing while reviewing spreadsheets and documents, further boosting productivity."

It has many benefits of tablet with a design that allows the touch-screen display to be detachable from the keyboard-case or either in a pad mode, it gives the consumers enhanced mobility as well as more ways to enjoy their device using touch for the latest apps, viewing photos, keeping in touch and having fun.
Touch and Type; With a 10-point touchscreen you have the best control over all your actions. The HD touchscreen lets you intuitively scroll through your apps and files with brilliant clarity, while the full-size chiclet keyboard provides total comfort for typing those important emails.
